Employment Handbook ESSENTIAL	Download a copy of our handbook and read up on the type of work you will do and how it's done! This booklet also contains some of the policies and procedures of the business, so it's an important read for new employees.	Download the Handbook here.
Kiwisaver Opt-in or Opt-out forms OPTIONAL	Use these forms only if you are a NZ citizen or resident. When you filled out your application for work, you were asked if you wished to opt-in or opt-out from Kiwisaver. Whatever option you choose, we must have one of these forms on file for you. Kiwisaver KS3 Information Guide OPTIONAL	Download this information if you are a NZ citizen or resident and you want to find out more about Kiwisaver.	Download the KS3 Guide here.
Induction to work form ESSENTIAL	Every worker must complete an Induction before working on the orchards. Induction tells you about our most important policies, like payroll, human rights, biosecurity and safe handling of fruit. (Note: Requires that you have completed an application first!)	Online Form
Hazard Notification Form AS NEEDED	Use this form to report any potential hazard that you see on any orchard. You can fill this form in yourself, or notify your supervisor or team leader of the potential hazard and get them to report it for you.	Online Form
Incident/Accident Reporting Form AS NEEDED	Use this form to report any incident that could have resulted in injury, near-miss incident, or accident on the orchard. This form should ideally be completed by the attending supervisor, but workers can fill this in and send it to HR if an injury is noticed after working hours or a couple of days later.
