Vardaan Enterprises is one of the largest and most well-known fruit contracting services in the Bay of Plenty and Gisborne. We really do 'Feel the Kiwi'! Our Workers

We have a core year-round team of experienced workers, who supervise all our teams across the orchards we maintain. In addition, we employ hundreds of workers for the three primary seasons throughout the year - winter, summer, and harvest. Vardaan has developed its own unique applicant tracking system to handle the large number of overseas workers we employ throughout the year. Our workers are confirmed legally able to work, have provided us with copies of all required documents, and have access to their own payroll records when they wish. As a grower, we know that it is important to you that we are compliant with our responsibilities as a contractor on your orchard. Our systems provide for recruitment on large scale, while ensuring that all of our Human Resources and Payroll are compliant to the many organisations that oversee and/or audit our business.
